Les rejeux de pr\u00e9vision sont essentiels afin de pouvoir examiner la valeur ajout\u00e9e des pr\u00e9visions pour la prise de d\u00e9cision op\u00e9rationnelle future, \u00e9valuer leur pr\u00e9cision sous des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques sp\u00e9cifiques, ou encore optimiser la conception des centrales \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"The-client's-need\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Besoin du client<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Notre client d\u00e9veloppe plusieurs centrales hybrides photovolta\u00efques (PV) avec Syst\u00e8me de Stockage d'\u00c9nergie par Batterie (BESS) dans la partie nord de l\u2019\u00eele Maurice, situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de l'oc\u00e9an Indien. Durant la phase de conception des centrales, notre client recherchait des donn\u00e9es hindcast pr\u00e9cises pour att\u00e9nuer les co\u00fbts et les risques du projet. Comme de nombreuses r\u00e9gions insulaires, l\u2019\u00eele Maurice d\u00e9pend fortement du p\u00e9trole et du charbon dans son mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Actuellement, pr\u00e8s de 10 % de la consommation finale d'\u00e9nergie du pays provient de sources d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable variables telles que le solaire et l'\u00e9olien \u2014 un chiffre qui devrait augmenter dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, et qui souligne l'importance croissante des pr\u00e9visions de production pour mieux g\u00e9rer les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la variabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique dans un contexte de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9voir avec pr\u00e9cision l'\u00e9nergie solaire inject\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique de l\u2019\u00eele Maurice repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi important en raison de l'interaction complexe entre les processus m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles, incluant une couverture nuageuse fr\u00e9quente et une variabilit\u00e9 significative de l'irradiance solaire due \u00e0 la convection tropicale et aux effets locaux (relief, contraste terre\/mer, etc.). Steadysun a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour fournir des s\u00e9ries temporelles de donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles et pr\u00e9vues sur un an d\u2019historique pour un site, en se concentrant sur deux param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s : l'Irradiance Horizontale Globale (GHI) et la puissance active du syst\u00e8me PV (Puissance). La conformit\u00e9 avec le Code de R\u00e9seau de Maurice n\u00e9cessite la fourniture de trois types de pr\u00e9visions en op\u00e9rationnel :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vision infra journali\u00e8re (J) :<\/strong> \u00e0 livrer chaque jour avant 4 h UTC, avec une granularit\u00e9 d'une minute,<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vision pour le prochain jour (J+1) :<\/strong> \u00e0 livrer la veille \u00e0 15 h UTC, avec une granularit\u00e9 de quinze minutes,<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vision hebdomadaire (J+7) :<\/strong> \u00e0 livrer chaque lundi \u00e0 12 h UTC, avec une granularit\u00e9 d'une heure.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"wp-image-11864\" src=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/globe1.webp\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/globe1.webp 400w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/globe1-300x300.webp 300w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/globe1-150x150.webp 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Situ\u00e9e dans l'immense \u00e9tendue de l'oc\u00e9an Indien, l\u2019\u00eele Maurice est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 environ -20,3\u00b0 de latitude (sud) et +57,6\u00b0 de longitude (est). L'\u00eele conna\u00eet un climat tropical caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par des temp\u00e9ratures chaudes, une forte humidit\u00e9, et une alternance entre saisons humides et s\u00e8ches.<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"The-solution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du client, Steadysun a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des simulations \u201coff-line\u201d en utilisant le produit de pr\u00e9vision solaire <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/steadymet-previsions-pour-les-prochains-jours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SteadyMet<\/a><\/strong>. Le processus de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et d'\u00e9valuation des trois diff\u00e9rents types de donn\u00e9es historiques s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 selon les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li id=\"Selection-of-the-simulation-period\"><strong>S\u00e9lection de la p\u00e9riode de simulation :<\/strong> Choisir une ann\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentative pour la simulation est crucial afin d\u2019assurer la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 et la pertinence des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9trospectives. En s'alignant sur les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques typiques et les normales climatiques du site de l'installation solaire, les r\u00e9sultats des simulations sont optimis\u00e9s sur la dur\u00e9e de vie du projet et refl\u00e8tent de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise les contraintes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la variabilit\u00e9 de la production solaire.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"350\" class=\"wp-image-11865\" src=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/annual-irradiation-anomaly.webp\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/annual-irradiation-anomaly.webp 1000w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/annual-irradiation-anomaly-300x105.webp 300w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/annual-irradiation-anomaly-768x269.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Variabilit\u00e9 interannuelle de la ressource solaire sur une p\u00e9riode de 10 ans, bas\u00e9e sur des observations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques de surface (station m\u00e9t\u00e9o de M\u00e9t\u00e9o-France).<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li id=\"Estimation-of-actual-data\"><strong>Estimation des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles :<\/strong> En l'absence de mesures sur site, la ressource solaire et la production r\u00e9elle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 estim\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/donnees-dirradiance-et-de-production-solaire-en-temps-reel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">donn\u00e9es satellitaires<\/a><\/strong> pour le GHI et de r\u00e9analyses atmosph\u00e9riques pour les param\u00e8tres de temp\u00e9rature et de vitesse du vent. Des routines de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 rigoureuses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es pour traiter les anomalies, suivies par l'estimation de la puissance active en utilisant la mod\u00e9lisation PV int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/blog\/presentation-de-notre-nouveau-systeme-de-prevision-un-tournant-pour-les-previsions-d-energie-solaire-et-eolienne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">notre syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9vision.<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li id=\"Generation-of-historical-forecasts\"><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de pr\u00e9visions historiques :<\/strong> Les pr\u00e9visions brutes de divers mod\u00e8les de Pr\u00e9vision Num\u00e9rique du Temps (PNT) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es et optimis\u00e9es en utilisant des techniques d'apprentissage automatique prenant en compte leur r\u00e9solution et pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 la localisation de l'installation solaire. Les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques probabilistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 converties en pr\u00e9visions de puissance PV en utilisant des algorithmes propri\u00e9taires, calibr\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles estim\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Les KPIs comprenaient l'erreur absolue moyenne (MAE), l'erreur de biais moyenne (MBE), et l'erreur quadratique moyenne (RMSE). Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, le client a pu :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Estimer les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre associ\u00e9s au projet, c'est-\u00e0-dire les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s moyennes payables \u00e0 l'op\u00e9rateur du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique mauricien, la Central Electricity Board (CEB).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Optimiser le dimensionnement des syst\u00e8mes PV+BESS pour att\u00e9nuer ces p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s et permettre d\u2019injecter le maximum d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Comparer la pr\u00e9cision des pr\u00e9visions solaires fournies par plusieurs prestataires pour s\u00e9lectionner le plus pr\u00e9cis et livrer ses pr\u00e9visions \u00e0 la CEB, comme demand\u00e9 par le Code de R\u00e9seau, lorsque la centrale sera op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"Next-steps\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tapes suivantes<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans les projets PV+stockage, le Syst\u00e8me de Gestion de l'\u00c9nergie (EMS) joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans l'optimisation des co\u00fbts et la maximisation des revenus. Les donn\u00e9es historiques de pr\u00e9vision permettent la programmation de strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le optimales, am\u00e9liorant l'efficacit\u00e9 de la gestion de l'\u00e9nergie et l'int\u00e9gration au r\u00e9seau (maximisation de l'injection PV, minimisation du \u201ccurtailment\u201d, des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s et du vieillissement des batteries).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u00c0 terme, apr\u00e8s la mise en service, notre client pourra utiliser notre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/api-documentation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">API de pr\u00e9vision solaire<\/a><\/strong> pour optimiser la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/exploitation-et-maintenance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gestion de la centrale<\/a><\/strong> hybride et se conformer aux exigences du Code du R\u00e9seau du CEB.
