Le th\u00e8me central de la conf\u00e9rence de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait la r\u00e9silience des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques au climat. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, auquel ont assist\u00e9 plus de 150 participants, comprenait trois journ\u00e9es immersives de sessions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, de discussions parall\u00e8les, de pr\u00e9sentations de posters, d'ateliers et d'opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage, le tout dans une atmosph\u00e8re d\u00e9tendue mais intellectuellement stimulante. Guillaume TREMOY, Damien RAYNAUD et L\u00e9o CLAUZEL (doctorant \u00e0 l'<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ige-grenoble.fr\/-HMCIS-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IGE<\/a><\/strong>), ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u complet de deux activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es actuellement par Steadysun visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'int\u00e9gration des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques : 1) l'\u00e9valuation et la pr\u00e9vision de l'\u00e9nergie solaire dans les r\u00e9gions insulaires, \u00e0 travers l'<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/webinar-insular-system-evaluate-and-anticipate-solar-energy-variability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9tude de cas de Tahiti<\/a><\/strong>, et 2) le projet transdisciplinaire <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/blog\/projet-netwat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NETWAT<\/a><\/strong>, explorant le r\u00f4le des poussi\u00e8res min\u00e9rales dans le nexus climat-eau-\u00e9nergie en Afrique de l'Ouest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"625\" class=\"wp-image-12331\" src=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/solar-energy-assessment-and-forecasting-in-insular-regions-the-tahiti-case-study.webp\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/solar-energy-assessment-and-forecasting-in-insular-regions-the-tahiti-case-study.webp 1000w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/solar-energy-assessment-and-forecasting-in-insular-regions-the-tahiti-case-study-300x188.webp 300w, https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/solar-energy-assessment-and-forecasting-in-insular-regions-the-tahiti-case-study-768x480.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Damien RAYNAUD pr\u00e9sentant un aper\u00e7u complet de deux activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es actuellement par Steadysun visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'int\u00e9gration des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"Empowering-energy-planning-and-operations-in-insular-regions:-The-Tahiti-case-study\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Renforcer la planification et la gestion du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique dans les r\u00e9gions insulaires : l'\u00e9tude de cas de Tahiti<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Comme de nombreuses \u00eeles, Tahiti (Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise) d\u00e9pend fortement des importations d'hydrocarbures. Pour d\u00e9carboner la production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire l'exposition de la population polyn\u00e9sienne \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9 des prix des hydrocarbures, la strat\u00e9gie de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du pays vise \u00e0 augmenter la part des \u00e9nergies renouvelables (EnR), comprenant l'hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9nergie solaire, dans son mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, passant de 37% en 2020 \u00e0 75% en 2030. Cependant, en raison de sa variabilit\u00e9, l'int\u00e9gration du solaire photovolta\u00efque (PV) dans un r\u00e9seau non interconnect\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis importants pour maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique tout en optimisant la rentabilit\u00e9 des centrales solaires et des syst\u00e8mes de stockage, et ce, depuis le d\u00e9veloppement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l'exploitation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Lors des sessions \u201cposters\u201d, Guillaume a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wemcouncil.org\/ICEMs\/ICEM2023\/ICEM2023_POSTER_05_TREMOY.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aper\u00e7u<\/a><\/strong> de nos services d\u00e9livr\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion. Au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons collabor\u00e9 activement avec l'op\u00e9rateur local du r\u00e9seau (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edt.pf\/transition-energetique-innovation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EDT Engie<\/a><\/strong>) ainsi qu'avec plusieurs d\u00e9veloppeurs de centrales hybrides pour faciliter l'int\u00e9gration du PV solaire avec stockage. Notre approche s'appuie sur une mod\u00e9lisation physique combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle, utilisant diverses donn\u00e9es d'entr\u00e9e telles que les mod\u00e8les de pr\u00e9vision num\u00e9rique du temps (PNT) en couverture mondiale et r\u00e9gionale, les images satellitaires, les donn\u00e9es d'un r\u00e9seau de 8 imageurs du ciel d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble de l'\u00eele, et les mesures de production de diff\u00e9rentes installations PV. Cette solution sur mesure fournit des donn\u00e9es de pr\u00e9vision pour la production solaire totale \u00e0 horizon 12 heures et 10 minutes, renfor\u00e7ant les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes de dispatch d\u2019\u00e9nergies ainsi que de gestion des r\u00e9serves tournantes. De plus, nos services permettent d'optimiser la rentabilit\u00e9 des projets avec stockage \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de la faisabilit\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement. Nous avons pour cela men\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes approfondies, \u00e9valuant la variabilit\u00e9 spatio-temporelle de la ressource solaire sur l'\u00eele, dimensionnant les syst\u00e8mes de stockage selon les grid codes en vigueur, et \u00e9valuant avec pr\u00e9cision le productible des syst\u00e8mes PV+stockage \u00e0 l'aide d\u2019historiques de donn\u00e9es de pr\u00e9visions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Damien a ensuite fait <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wemcouncil.org\/ICEMs\/ICEM2023\/ICEM2023_20230628_SCROVEGNI_1415_RAYNAUD.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sa pr\u00c3\u00a9sentation<\/a><\/strong> \u00c3\u00a9clairante lors de la session parall\u00c3\u00a8le sur les acteurs d\u00c3\u00a9di\u00c3\u00a9s aux op\u00c3\u00a9rations et la maintenance \u00c3\u00a9nerg\u00c3\u00a9tiques (O&amp;M) organis\u00c3\u00a9e le deuxi\u00c3\u00a8me jour. Il s\u00e2\u20ac\u2122est focalis\u00c3\u00a9 sur notre solution de pr\u00c3\u00a9vision infra journali\u00c3\u00a8re (horizon 12h) en expliquant ses capacit\u00c3\u00a9s ainsi que ses limites actuelles. Dans le cadre du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steady-sun.com\/fr\/blog\/projet-monuter-mieux-prevoir-la-production-solaire-pour-reduire-les-couts-lies-a-la-variabilite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet MoNuTeR<\/a><\/strong> , un mod\u00c3\u00a8le WRF d\u00c3\u00a9di\u00c3\u00a9 a \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 soigneusement configur\u00c3\u00a9 et calibr\u00c3\u00a9 pour simuler \u00c3\u00a0 1 km de r\u00c3\u00a9solution la couverture nuageuse et le rayonnement solaire, tous deux \u00c3\u00a9tant fortement influenc\u00c3\u00a9s par des ph\u00c3\u00a9nom\u00c3\u00a8nes atmosph\u00c3\u00a9riques locaux complexes (syst\u00c3\u00a8mes convectifs par exemple). La combinaison de cette simulation d\u00c3\u00a9di\u00c3\u00a9e avec d'autres mod\u00c3\u00a8les de PNT classiques conduit \u00c3\u00a0 une solution de pr\u00c3\u00a9vision de haute performance pour Tahiti. Les incertitudes de pr\u00c3\u00a9vision sont quant \u00c3\u00a0 elles quantifi\u00c3\u00a9es par les percentiles P20-P80 ainsi qu'un indicateur de confiance binaire personnalis\u00c3\u00a9, qui informe les op\u00c3\u00a9rateurs sur le risque que la production PV soit nettement plus \u00c3\u00a9lev\u00c3\u00a9e ou plus basse sur des intervalles de temps sp\u00c3\u00a9cifiques (matin et apr\u00c3\u00a8s-midi). Cet indicateur capture l'incertitude r\u00c3\u00a9sultant de localisation et\/ou du timing des syst\u00c3\u00a8mes convectifs en comparant les pr\u00c3\u00a9visions locales avec les conditions m\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9orologiques pr\u00c3\u00a9vues autour de l'\u00c3\u00aele. Enfin, un m\u00c3\u00a9canisme de correction en continu, utilisant des mesures de production en temps r\u00c3\u00a9el, affine davantage la pr\u00c3\u00a9vision jusqu'\u00c3\u00a0 4 heures \u00c3\u00a0 l'avance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"Unveiling-the-significance-of-West-african-Mineral-Dust-in-the-Climate-Water-Energy-Nexus\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9v\u00e9ler l'importance des poussi\u00e8res min\u00e9rales dans le nexus climat-eau-\u00e9nergie en Afrique de l'Ouest<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'Accord de Paris, la pr\u00e9dominance de l'\u00e9nergie solaire dans la planification \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019Afrique pose un d\u00e9fi particulier : la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'approvisionnement en raison de la variabilit\u00e9 de la ressource. Dans ce contexte, une transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique durable va au-del\u00e0 de la simple \u00e9volution des infrastructures et des capacit\u00e9s install\u00e9es; elle n\u00e9cessite de renforcer l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, des d\u00e9cideurs aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, afin d'optimiser la planification \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la gestion des infrastructures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Lors des sessions <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wemcouncil.org\/ICEMs\/ICEM2023\/ICEM2023_POSTER_48_ANQUETIN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cposters\u201d<\/a><\/strong> sur les impacts environnementaux des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, Guillaume a offert un aper\u00e7u complet du projet NETWAT (2023-2026). Les principaux objectifs du projet incluent l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la pr\u00e9cision des pr\u00e9visions solaires dans les r\u00e9gions semi-arides chaudes \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle infra journali\u00e8re et synoptique, ainsi que l'\u00e9valuation de l'empreinte hydrique des fermes solaires tout en d\u00e9veloppant des strat\u00e9gies durables de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive. Le poster, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par Sandrine ANQUETIN d'IGE, donne \u00e9galement un aper\u00e7u de la structure du projet, des sites pilotes, des r\u00e9seaux d'observation et des outils de pr\u00e9vision innovants. Notre consortium refl\u00e8te la nature multidisciplinaire de ce projet et l'originalit\u00e9 de son approche en incluant diff\u00e9rents laboratoires de recherche, des acteurs priv\u00e9s et des parties prenantes locales. Pour finir, L\u00e9o CLAUZEL d'IGE est mont\u00e9 sur sc\u00e8ne le troisi\u00e8me jour lors de la session parall\u00e8le sur les op\u00e9rations et la maintenance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, pour partager ses r\u00e9cents r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans le cadre de son travail de th\u00e8se. Sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wemcouncil.org\/ICEMs\/ICEM2023\/ICEM2023_20230629_PETRARCA_1150_CLAUZEL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pr\u00e9sentation<\/a><\/strong> s'est concentr\u00e9e sur la relation entre les erreurs de pr\u00e9vision solaire en Afrique de l'Ouest et les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, illustr\u00e9e par une \u00e9tude de cas de la centrale solaire de Zagtouli au Burkina Faso. L\u00e9o a soulign\u00e9 l'importance de combiner divers mod\u00e8les m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision des pr\u00e9visions finales, notamment pendant la saison des pluies. Il a mis en \u00e9vidence que si les nuages contribuent aux erreurs principales, la co-occurrence d'une concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e d'a\u00e9rosols dans l'atmosph\u00e8re affecte \u00e9galement les r\u00e9sultats de la pr\u00e9vision de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"Connecting-the-dots:-ICEM,-existing-resources-and-ongoing-collaboration\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9velopper des liens : ICEM, ressources existantes et collaboration en cours<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L'ICEM est devenue un p\u00f4le dynamique de transmission et d\u2019\u00e9changes anim\u00e9s par des experts du monde entier. La conf\u00e9rence a couvert de nombreux sujets, notamment la valeur des pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques et solaires pour les utilisateurs finaux, les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par l'impact des poussi\u00e8res min\u00e9rales sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration solaire et les ressources en eau, ou encore le r\u00f4le croissant de l'apprentissage automatique pour le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques plus r\u00e9silients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les id\u00e9es et les \u00e9changes que nous avons recueillis lors de cette conf\u00e9rence soutiendront nos efforts continus pour am\u00e9liorer nos services et relever les d\u00e9fis auxquels les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques sont confront\u00e9s.
